为豆科植物补骨脂Psoralea corylifolia L. 的干燥成熟果实。
植物特征：
一年生草本，高60～150cm，全株有白色毛及黑褐色腺点。茎直立。叶互生，多为单叶，仅枝端的叶有时侧生1枚小叶；叶片阔卵形至三角状卵形，长4～9cm，宽3～6cm，先端钝或圆，基部圆或心形，边缘有不整齐的锯齿。花多数，密集成近头状的总状花序，腋生；花冠蝶形，淡紫色或白色。荚果近椭圆形，果皮黑色。花期7～8月，果期9～11月。
生药材鉴定：
干燥果实呈扁椭圆形或略似肾形，长约3-5毫米，直径2-4毫米，厚约1.5毫米，中央微凹，表面黑棕色，粗糙，具细微网状皱纹及细密腺点，少数果实外有淡灰棕色的宿萼。果皮薄，与种皮不易分离。肃开后内有种仁1枚，具子叶2片，淡棕色至淡黄棕色，富含油脂。气微香，味苦。以粒大、色黑、饱满、坚实、无杂质者为佳。
资源分布：
生于山坡、溪边、田边。主产四川、河南、陕西、安徽。

含补骨脂内酯（psoralen）、异补骨脂内酯（isopsoralen）、补骨脂甲素（corylifolin）、补骨脂乙素（corylifolinin）、补骨脂色烯查耳酮、巴库查耳酮（bakuchalcone）、异新巴法查耳酮（isoneobavachalcone）等。
