Common Names: Bu Gu Zhi, Po Gu Zhi, Gu Zi, Hei Hu Zhi, Hu Fei Zi, Hei Gu Zi.

 

BOTANICAL:

来 源: 为豆科植物补骨脂Psoralea corylifolia L. 的干燥成熟果实。

植物特征: 一年生草本,高60~150cm,全株有白色毛及黑褐色腺点。茎直立。叶互生,多为单叶,仅枝端的叶有时侧生1枚小叶;叶片阔卵形至三角状卵形,长4~9cm,宽3~6cm,先端钝或圆,基部圆或心形,边缘有不整齐的锯齿。花多数,密集成近头状的总状花序,腋生;花冠蝶形,淡紫色或白色。荚果近椭圆形,果皮黑色。花期7~8月,果期9~11月。

生药材鉴定: 干燥果实呈扁椭圆形或略似肾形,长约3-5毫米,直径2-4毫米,厚约1.5毫米,中央微凹,表面黑棕色,粗糙,具细微网状皱纹及细密腺点,少数果实外有淡灰棕色的宿萼。果皮薄,与种皮不易分离。肃开后内有种仁1枚,具子叶2片,淡棕色至淡黄棕色,富含油脂。气微香,味苦。以粒大、色黑、饱满、坚实、无杂质者为佳。

资源分布: 生于山坡、溪边、田边。主产四川、河南、陕西、安徽。

化学成分: 含补骨脂内酯(psoralen)、异补骨脂内酯(isopsoralen)、补骨脂甲素(corylifolin)、补骨脂乙素(corylifolinin)、补骨脂色烯查耳酮、巴库查耳酮(bakuchalcone)、异新巴法查耳酮(isoneobavachalcone)等。
