Common Names: Wu Yao , Tian Tai Wu, Tai Wu, Ai Zhang, Xiang Gui Zhang, Gang Rong Zi, Ban Pi Zi.

 

BOTANICAL:

来 源: 为樟科植物乌药Lindera aggregata(Sims)Kosterm. 的干燥块根。

植物特征: 常绿灌木或小乔木,高可达5米。生于林缘、旷野、溪边灌丛中。根中部肥大,两端小,外皮 淡紫红色,内部白色。树皮灰绿色。小枝幼时密生棕褐色毛,老时平滑。叶互生,革质;叶片广椭圆形,长3~.6厘米,表面绿色有光泽,背面灰白色,幼时有 毛,主脉自基部三出。春季开花;雌雄异株,伞形花序腋生,总花梗不明显;花黄绿色,小花梗长约2毫米。核果球形,秋季成熟时黑色。

生药材鉴定: 本品多呈纺锤状,略弯曲,有的中部收缩成连珠状,长6~15cm,直径1~3cm;1表面黄棕色或黄褐色,有纵皱纹及稀疏的细根痕;质坚硬。切片厚0.2~2mm,切面黄白色或淡黄棕色,射线放射状,可见年轮环纹,中心颜色较深。气香,味微苦、辛,有清凉感。

化学成分: 根含多种倍半萜类成份香樟烯(lindestrene)、香樟内酯(lindestrenolide)、羟基香樟内酯、乌药醇(linderenol)、乌药醚(linderoxide)、异乌药醚(isolinderoxide)、乌药酮(linderenone)。
