BOTANICAL:

吴茱萸

来 源: 为芸香科植物吴茱萸Evodia rutaecarpa(Juss.) Benth.的近成熟果实。

植物特征: 芸香科吴茱萸属灌木或小乔木植物,高3-10米。叶轴与花序均有锈色长柔毛。单数羽状,对生,长16-32厘米,小叶5-9,对生,椭圆形至卵形,长6-15厘米, 宽3-7厘米。聚伞状圆锥花序顶生,花雌雄异株,白色。 骨突果紫红色,种子1粒,卵状球形,黑色,有光泽。

植物资源分布: 生于疏林及林缘旷地,也有栽培。分布于长江流域及以南各省区。

生药材鉴定: 果实呈五角状扁球形,直径2—5mm。表面暗黄绿色至褐色,粗糙,有点状突起或凹下的油点。顶端有五角星状的裂隙,基部残留被有黄色茸毛的果梗。质硬而脆。气芳香浓郁,味辛辣而苦。

 

 

Pharmacology

化学成分: 含吴茱萸碱(evodiamine)、吴茱萸次碱(rutaecarpine)、羟基吴茱萸碱(hydroxy-evodiamine)、柠檬内酯(limonin)、辛弗林(synephrine)、吴茱萸烯(evodene)等。
